Baby It’s Cold Outside Book Tag

Hello everyone! Today I’ll be doing this fun tag which was created by erin @ Reading On A Star. As per usual, I don’t think anyone tagged me but I saw it on KRISTIN @ KRISTIN KRAVES BOOKS ‘s blog and it seemed like an appropriate thing to do now that it’s nearing Crhistmas.

Also, I will not be tagging anyone in particular. If you want to do this tag, please do it, I tag you!

RULES

  • Thank the person who tagged you and link to their post.
  • Display the banner(copy and paste).
  • Link to the original creator: erin @ Reading On A Star !
  • Answer the questions!
  • Tag however many people as you want!

Snow Day – What’s your “comfort” book?

I know some of you think this book is a cringe fest because it definitely has that beginning-of-paranormal-ya, almost-wattpady feel to it but I don’t care ’cause I freaking loved it. This is the book that got me into reading and I remember being in middle school and reading it over and over again. Now that I’m an (almost :O) 21 year old, I decided to pick it up to see if I still liked it. Spoiler alert, I did! This has such a comforting and cozy feel to it and I will probably even continue on re-reading it when I’m 80.

Snow Angels – What’s a book that you love so much you would want to be buried with it(a little morid, but…)?

Actually the whole series! If you didn’t know (but you probably did because I keep on talking about it) The Raven Cycle is my favorite series of all time. I keep falling in love with it again and again because it’s so magical and just amazing.

Warm Socks – What’s a book that makes you feel warm inside?(The fluffiest, cutest romance you’ve ever read?)

This book is more adecvate for the Valentine’s season but it’s super adorable and cute. It’s one of the most underrated books I’ve read and that’s why I keep recommending it to everyone. If you want to know more about it please read my review.

Hot Cocoa – What winter-themed novels have you previously read?

I read this a long time ago but I remember it having a very wintery feel. It might not be mainly winter themed but I don’t really read many of those kinds of books. That being said this is such a depressing but beautiful book. I absolutely loved it.

Sledding – What’s a book with the best plot twists? Who’s an author that always keeps you on your toes?

This is a recent read but if you’ve read this book you know exactly what plot twist I’m talking about…

Ugly Sweaters – What’s a book with the ugliest cover?

I usually love shirtless hotties, but when it comes to book covers, it’s a big no-no for me. These covers are freaking hideous and I’m so sad to say this because this series is actually good, but the covers don’t give them the justice they deserve.

Movie Marathon – What’s the last book you binge read?

This one probably, and it was soo good. I’m obsessed! Check out my review.

Letter to Santa – What’s a book that’s on your wishlist this year?

I actually have a Book Depository wishlist and this is on the list as well as many other books. But I really want to read this one in particular because the reviews are amazing and I definitely want to see what it’s all about!

  1. I love Hush, Hush! I definitely agree with you and consider it a comfort book. Have you ever read Becca Fitzpatrick’s Black Ice? It is a really good one too – very different than Hush Hush but still very good. I still need to read From Blood and Ash! I am hoping to read it some time in January. Maybe sooner if I get the chance!

    1. I haven’t read Black Ice but I definitely should. I find it weird how Becca Fitzpatrick doesn’t write that much anymore, because she was soo popular back in the day. Thank you for your recommendation though 😄

  3. What’s the Raven Boys about? I considered doing this when I read the beginning, but upon reading the questions and realizing I cannot answer some of them, I decided not to. 😛 Still, I like to read your posts. Always interesting.
